SUPPORT SPIRIT AND MIND

Giving an FEA

Since the FEA was created in 1999, many generous donors have supported the program. In fact, they have given and pledged more than $8.5 million since the FEA’s inception.

Donors can fund a one-time, four-year award with a gift of $10,000 or permanently endow an award with a gift of $50,000. One-time gifts as well as multi-year pledges are welcomed. Endowed FEAs can be named in memory or honor of a person, class or organization of the donor’s choice. FEA gifts to the Texas A&M Foundation are tax-deductible and may be made in the form of cash, securities, real estate or other real property.

Many individuals choose to utilize their employers’ matching gift programs to support the FEA. Corporations including ConocoPhillips, Ford Motor Co. and Caterpillar generously support the FEA, as well as foundations and organizations such as the Houston A&M Club, a regional alumni group.

The Texas A&M Foundation recognizes donors and scholars at a campus event each year. New FEA donors are recognized annually in the university alumni magazine, and donors who establish endowed FEAs receive recognition plaques.
