The Southerland Aggie Leader Scholarship program was created to recognize and reward student involvement at Texas A&M University. Student leaders are dedicated to Texas A&M and are an important element in the success of our campus. Unlike most scholarships, the primary criteria for assistance are leadership and involvement. This scholarship reflects Texas A&M University’s commitment to learning, leadership and service both in and out of the classroom.

Giving a Southerland Aggie Leader Scholarship

A $25,000 gift funds an endowment that provides a yearly stipend a deserving Aggie leader. Because we manage the endowment to pay for the current student scholarship while simultaneously providing for the long-term growth of the principal, you'll support involved students in perpetuity.

Gifts to the Foundation are tax-deductible and may be made in the form of cash, securities, real estate or other real property. Many employers also offer matching gift programs that could support the gift of your scholarship.
