Graduate Opportunities
In technical fields in which Aggies have always excelled, such as chemical engineering or architecture, entry-level positions often require a master’s degree. Whether graduate students leave with master’s or doctoral degrees, these Aggies take their values with them to their workplaces and their new communities. Those who become professors at other universities share their Aggie work ethic and leadership skills with thousands more. Because the state contributes limited amounts to Texas A&M’s graduate programs, private support is essential.
Giving a Graduate Fellowship
When you fund a named fellowship you support a graduate student with yearly stipends. The amount of the award depends on the amount of your donation. For example, a $300,000 endowment could provide a recipient with a yearly award of approximately $12,000.

“Because I graduated debt free and received funding for graduate school, I was able to pursue a PhD in biomedical engineering. The applications and potential impact of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) fascinate me, and I hope that the work I do will contribute to the field of MRI and add value to the lives of others.” -Katie Ramirez '08 |
