The Division of Student Affairs is committed to fostering the characteristics that typify the Aggie Spirit - involvement, engagement, community and selfless contribution to others - characteristics that we consider standard components of an Aggie education. Through our more than 800 officially recognized student organizations, and the handing down of our history and tradition, we strive to enhance the educational experience by creating an environment rich in leadership opportunities both in and outside of the classroom that allow students to put into practice principles learned in their academic settings. Every department within the Division is dedicated to the development of well-rounded, involved students and the improvement of the overall quality of student life at Texas A&M University.
