On-line Giving Instructions
Step 1
Select a college or program to support:
Choose the preferred college, department, or program that you would like to give to.
FOR MEMORIAL OR PLEDGE PAYMENTS: Please select Texas A&M Foundation
Select an Area to Support:
Choose one of the options from the drop-down menu
| College | Gift options that impact new buildings, new equipment acquisitions, and can be used at the discretion of the dean of your college | |
| Faculty | Gift options that would bring new faculty and retain faculty at Texas A&M | |
| Student | Gift options that include new scholarships and funding for research programs | |
| Spirit | Gift options that impact the "other education" at A&M including Student Activities and the Corps of Cadets | |
| Other | If you are giving a Memorial Gift, making a pledge payment, or do not know which category to select, choose this option |
Select a Fund or Endowment:
An endowment is a permanent fund that lasts in perpetuity; all endowments will have "endowed" or "endowment" in their account name, listed in the drop-down menu. Operating funds are used for current operations and DO NOT last in perpetuity. These accounts DO NOT have "endowed" or "endowment" in their name.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR GIFT LISTED: The Foundation handles numerous accounts, so not all are listed. Please select Other (please specify) from the menu and indicate the name of the account you would like to give to in the Special Instructions/Other Designations box.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE EXACT ACCOUNT NAME: The Foundation will credit the account that most closely matches the name of the account. Example: You list "Small Animal Clinic", we will credit the Department of Veterinary Small Animal Medicine account
IF SELECTING AZIMUTH: There is a $25,000 minimum total giving amount for Azimuth gifts, both Azimuth Endowed or Azimuth Operational. If your total gift is less than $25,000 your funds will be directed to the generic college endowment or operating account for the college you selected.

IF YOU ARE GIVING A ONE TIME GIFT: Please enter the total gift amount in this box and select the One-time Gift button before proceeding to Step 2
IF YOU ARE GIVING A RECURRING GIFT: Select the Recurring Gift button to set your monthly or annual Payment Schedule
IF YOU ARE GIVING A MEMORIAL GIFT: Select the Memorial Gift box and indicate the person you are honoring in the Special Instructions/Other Designations box. All donations will go into a general scholarship account, unless you specify another option.
IF YOU ARE MAKING A PLEDGE PAYMENT: Please enter the pledge number or account name in the Special Instructions/ Other Designations boxIF YOU ARE GIVING A MATCHING GIFT: Please indicate the company and employee name in the Special Instructions/Other Designations box. To see if your company gives a matching gift, simply click on Matching Gift Company

Enter your contact information.
Click on "Proceed to Step 3"
Step 3
Enter your credit card information and review your Gift Summary, located in the white box on the right side of the page.
If correct, click "Submit"
If corrections are needed, click the return buttons to fix any information.
Please note: Many credit card companies now have Fraud Detection Systems which blocks your account from making unusually high on-line charges. Please check with your credit card company before making a gift of $1000 or more on this site.
After Submitting Your Information
You will see a confirmation page confirming your gift. You will receive a follow-up email confirming the gift, as well as a printed receipt via the U.S. Postal Service for tax purposes.
